Lease Terms - 36/10
SE w/ Tech and 4motion
MSRP - 40,120
Selling Price - 36456
Residual Value - 24473
Aquisition Fee - $625
Other Fees - $290
Tax is 9%
Money due at signing including 1st month - $839
They quoted me $508 per month
I'm getting in the $490 range
What is the adjusted cap cost, since the $839 up front doesn't cover all your fees, along with the first payment.

Acquisition fee is 625 and other fees $290. You aren’t talking about sales tax, right?
So the way they set it up is to make $809 due at signing but they would kick in a $500 rebate so I only owe $309.
$500 in addition to the $1150 lease cash?
No dealer doc fee?

Dealer doc fee is part of $290.
OK.
PA taxes the monthly payment, so the only up front taxes are those on the $1150 lease cash (a little over $100).
It's actually not that bad of a deal, given the poor lease program the Atlas has at the moment.

What lease term and how many miles per year?
Your lease payment is dependent on the selling price you negotiate.

There are dealers near me (Nashville, TN) offering $3000-$4000 off MSRP via an "internet special" if the car is financed through them. You could always call one of those dealers and ask how much it would cost to ship a car? I paid $600 to ship a car from Cleveland, OH to Nashville, TN and had the fee spread out throughout the lease payments. If you're not set on specifically leasing the Atlas I'd consider buying or looking at other cars. You can find $48,000 SUV's for $500ish per month with zero down. Add a few packages and you're still likely under the Atlas lease price. Check out the MDX w/ Tech or the Advance package if you're set on leasing, great deals.
Do you have December MF and Residuals for 36/12 S, SE, SEL 4motion?
thanks in advance!
Not a good deal. Even on a semi-popular car, you should be able to negotiate a discount.

Thoughts on this offer from CA dealer:
2018 Atlas SEL 4WD
36/10 61%
MSRP 43,895
My Price $40,452
Acq Fee $625
Doc Fee $80
DMV Fee $404
State tire (?) fee $875 probably title fee?
Cap Cost $41,157.78
Cap Cost Reduction $555.35
Adj Cap Cost $40,602.43
Residual $26,830.85
Cust Cash $1,016.68
Drive off $1,572.03
Monthly payment $510.66 plus tax
Spoke to dealer. They offered $1000 off MSRP plus the $1150 lease cash. That doesn’t seem like much but not sure on this new release car. This deal at all reasonable?
$733/mo. is a lot for a $50K vehicle.
I'd choose something else, if that's the best I could do.

I think that Tire fee is $8.75, not $875.

I agree with the other posts. You are not getting a good deal. I always find out what invoice is. I then apply the discount that they were going to give me on MRSP and any lease cash available. I then take these 2 numbers and subtract it from invoice and work my way up. I also think the base money factor is too high. The residual is pretty good. The cap cost is the one variable you can try to work on to lower your cost.
New here, so thank you in advance!!

That looks pretty good. If your $2600 adds up, and doesn't include any garbage.

Anything I should look out for? What is considered garbage?
VIN Etching, Pro Pack, pretty much anything dealer installed.

Anything to bring in an ATLAS SEL 4Motion lease in closer to $400.
Right now at $494 (36/10), it still seems like it's a lot on a $44k MSRP
It's a competitive segment - Highlander is .00225, Pilot is .00200....

Do you think there would be any more wiggle room with the lease cash, or the dealer has already as far as possible? He's already shown a good amount of resistance to go below this, so not sure if I can get that lease cash thrown in.
Obviously, you wouldn't be able to comment specifically on the dealership, but based on these numbers I'm curious if you see it reasonable to continue to negotiate, or take the deal?
Current deal
MSRP: $43,983
Sales price: $39,485
Down payment: $500
MF: 0.0019
Residual: 0.61
10k/year
36 months
Total monthly payment: $462
I'm paying inception up front at signing.
