    Howdy — can I get numbers on RV, MF, and rebates/incentives (although probably isn’t any) on a 2018 AWD Limited with Ultimate package, 36 month/12k miles. Washington state.

    If it's a consumer incentive (and we think it is), then it will be taxed.

    How does this deal sound:
    2018 Tucson SEL plus awd, 36/10
    msrp is 29,530. They said they adjusted the MSRP to about 27,100 with rebates and discounts. 
    they are asking for $650 down but that covers my last payment of current lease($338) and that is first months payment also. 
    Leaving 35 payments of $309 a month.

    I wanted to ask about the $750 Lease cash on the limited and I looked on the Hyundai website for a 2018 Tucson and the following statement "$2,770 capitalized cost reduction" was there for my zip code (98004). Can you help me understand given the large difference in the dollar amounts?

    The $2770 is the down payment they are requiring from you, for the advertised lease deal. It's not an incentive, and unrelated to the lease cash
