Hi! What is the MF and RV on a 2018 G63, sales price is $149,245. I wasn’t given either info but was quoted about $2500/mo for 36/10k. Does this seem right?

adjusted cap is msrp (not discounting and I am not putting $ down)
buying car in IL, but registering to FL
First month due at signing
They didn't tell me MF yet, but I am assuming its going to be around .0222

Apparently I was approved, but at a tier 3

May I ask where you got 62% from? When I went in 3 weeks ago, they did not have RV for 2018 yet. I asked on 2017 G63, finance manager said 54% on the 2017. But when I put in the leasehackr calculator, the payment I see is closer to the 54% RV at 36/10k. Thank you for your help! Car should be delivered within the next week or so. I want to be informed when it comes time to sign paperwork. She was in Baltimore last, on her way LOL!

Three weeks ago was November. This is a new month.

So, paying full MSRP?
If you aren't putting any money upfront for acquisition fee, DMV fees, etc, etc, then the adjusted CAP would be higher than the MSRP.

Anyway, using MSRP as the selling price and adjusted CAP cost, I get $2112/mo.+tax
If FL tax is 7%, then $2260/mo.

Thank you for the clarification. I was not clear with stating that I will pay the fees upfront. When I stated that I was not putting money down, I meant that I was not putting a downpayment. Over the next few days I should have more information on the deal. My question now is: what do I say to them is my source for a 62% residual should they maintain that the RV is 54%? That is a signifiant difference!

My numbers are for a 2018 model. Be clear on which model year you are shopping.

Standard MF and 60% residual for 36/10

We don't have the 39 month residuals.
We don't know the standard MF.. likely .00200-.00250, but expect it to be marked up considerably.
