What is your state and tax rate?
Did they give you the selling price or adjusted CAP cost?
    What trim is the Tucson?
    FWD or AWD?

    Hi
we we’re thinking of buying too at  20,874
not sure of the adjusted cap cost. I believe the buy back price at the end of lease is 13k

    illinois/ 7.5% tax
    Tucson SE AWD

    .00033 MF and 51% residual (36/15)
    $3000 lease cash

Considering the 18K/yr and zero out pocket (is that right... zero due at signing?), then your monthly payment looks pretty darn good.
If I add acquisition fee, tax, DMV fees and $900 for extra mileage over 45K, I get about the same payment.

I'd be inclined to lease at that price. A high mileage Tucson isn't going to hold it's value, very well. I think you'd come out ahead by leasing.
