    I was quoted 39K as selling price for a base model with 46110 MSRP by Infiniti of West Chester.

    The QX60 is simple that way. There is a residual value for the RWD model and one for the 4WD model. Whatever packages you add to either models have zero effect on the residual. Now if you go to a Q50 or Q60 there are a lot of different residuals because there are so many models in each family.

    So, he answered your question correctly. Perhaps you meant to ask about the residual percentage?

    Upfront? Put up as little as possible. The first payment + DMV fees.
    That part of it is up to you.

    What is MF and residual for Dallas, TX for FWD qx60? Also my dealer said that the residual value doesn’t change even if they reduce the price for the lease. 

    Following are are some additional questions as I am a newbie:

    1. How do I know I have a good deal just by knowing these 2 things above?
    2. For me the dealer gave ~$29700 residual for ~$53000 car but reduced it to $49900 that included tax to get $550 monthly lease with $0 down. Is this a good deal?
    3. They also $46900 for purchase price. Is this better compared to above lease terms?
    4. Is the lease better if they reduced monthly lease payment to $499?

    (though, you don't mention your term/mileage)
    The residual value is fixed, regardless of selling price. That's a good thing, as it means you get the full benefit of any price reduction.

    1) You don't.
    2) $0 down is not the same as $0 due at signing. How much is due at signing?
    Are you paying full Texas sales tax, or are there tax credits available from IFS?
    3) I don't follow purchase prices
    4) $499/mo. is better than $550/mo.

    I was quoted 550 per month for a lease for a new 2018 INFINITI qx60 which includes premium, premium plus deluxe (no theatre).  Lease is 39months 12k per year. Taxes and fees will be paid upfront. They quoted the msrp of the car to be 59,110. Is this a good deal or do you think there is more room to bargain? Any help would be appreciated.
