    I show .00070 as the base MF, this month.

    What is the adjusted cap cost.

    Simply tell the deal to rework the deal with whatever amount out of pocket you want. You control the negotiations, not them.

    As I've never shopped in that price range, I can't tell you if the December to Remember deals are significantly better than at any other time of year.

    I can tell you that I've seen an uptick in the number of questions posted in the various Lexus lease threads, so the advertising must be working.

    Thanks for the quick reply. How exactly does the lease cash work?  Essentially a $1000 discount off msrp? Or an allowance for options?

    61% residual for 36/12.
    Luxury is 57% residual for 36/12
