2WD or 4WD does not change the numbers

I didn't add the tax in, as the only upfront tax in Florida is on rebates and CAP cost reductions. Otherwise, FL taxes the monthly payment.

Adding in the other fees ($895 dealer fee? shewwww. $803 government fees? Betting there is something in there that doesn't go to the government), I get $646/mo.+tax. With 6% tax, I'm about $15/mo. higher than your quote.

I don't know if $4000 is a good discount from MSRP, but they are taking back at least $1000 or more in excessive fees on the other end.

They have $48804 advertised as online dec special but when I started negotiating for that selling price, the answer was that price is for finance not lease?

Yes.. GM, like many makes, has different incentives for lease vs. purchase.
