    LT: .00170 MF and 59%/57% residual for 36/39 months
    Premier: Subtract 4% from LT residual

    The RST is a package on either the LT or Premier model, I think. So, if it's a Premier RST, then it has the same program.

    What state is this through? CT taxes the monthly payment, and I thought the rate was 6.35%.

    NY taxes the sum of the payments, and the tax rate is 8.x% depending on where you live

    Either way, I don't get anywhere close to $1089 using those prices.

    As is, and using the base MF of .00170, I get $889/mo before tax; $964/mo using the NY tax method or $945/mo using the CT tax rate and method.

    Either the cap cost is higher than the $61,975, or the MF is marked up.

    It's in Rockland County, NY.  Dad's sales tax rate is 8.375%.  Hmm.  I wonder if they are rolling 3 payments of $927 into the lease.  Add $2,781 to the Capitalized Cost and tell me what you come out with.

    $77/mo, before rent charge; that gets us most of the way there.

    No conveyance fee in NY; doc fee capped at $75.

    We can't calculate a lease payment without both the MSRP and proposed selling price, at a minimum.
