2018 x5 35i is this good deal?

Hello i leased 2018 x5 35i awd with leather sits and premium package initial msrp was $63,335.00 sale price cost $57,904 . With 3500$ out of pocket and 700 montly payments 36/12 ml. Did i do good or could have done better

    New jersey. Total taxes says 1824.10$

    So.. your $3500 is:
    $925 acquisition fee
    $700 1st payment
    $913.88 CAP reduction

    That leaves us $961 short of the $3500.
    DMV and dealer fees?
    Do you have another doc that shows the breakdown of the $3500?

    Other than accounting for where that $961 went, it looks like a decent deal. The monthly payment calculation is correct, with the base money factor.

    Whats is cap reduction. There is breakdown on
    Intial title fee $60. Initial reg fee 244 supp.title fee 231 and nj tire doc fee 425 i believe comes to 961

    Yup... for some reason, the middle document didn’t load, when I first looked at it. The numbers all add up, and other than a $425 doc fee, nothing added or marked up.

    You can always counter with a lower selling price, and see what happens, but this looks like a reasonable deal
