Atlas SE w/Tech Lease Offer

We are looking at leasing a white Atlas SE w/technology with beige interior. The offer we are getting is for 10,000 miles. MVSP: 38,385 but with discounts and rebate our adjusted price offer is 32,288. Zip code is 34105. How is this offer?

Also, we are talking two dealerships. The one offered same car for a little more and wants me to forward the other dealership's offer before trying to beat the price. Is that normal?

    You said it’s not a big discount. Is the sticker price a bad deal? Our latest offer is $31, 885. Is this a good price for the car?

    Great. One last question - the dealer won’t give us specifics on the out the door price of vehicle (because they don’t want us shopping around) but is saying he can get us to $379 a month with $1,000 down. Based on the sticker price and this info, is there anything we should be aware of as far as leasing goes before heading into the dealership?

    Without specifics, there could be a lot of things.
    Tell them that if they don't want you shopping around, they should be forthcoming with the details.

    With that sticker, that seems like a good deal.

    Initial Cap Cost: $39,500
    Cash Cap Reduction: 591.53
    Sales. Tax: $1,555.16
    Title Capitalized Fees: $675

    Adjusted Cap Cost: $41,138.63
    Title,CCtr, Doc Fee: $411.94

    Down Payment: $1,500

    Monthly would be $496

    Thoughts?

    Thanks Michaell. Unfortunately with my credit I had to go to a MF of 0.0008 but based upon creating my own spread sheet on this, I ended up paying 516 a month which was the exact same as 496 just a higher MF. The manager even took his time to show me the numbers on his computer to confirm.

    Thanks for all the help and giving me confidence to walk into that dealership
