Hi! I'm looking for MF, residual, and lease cash on a Mazda 3 Grand Touring in the SF Bay Area - 36 months lease with 12K miles per year. Interested in both the Sedan and Hatch.

Two other quick questions:

(1) Do you have numbers for November yet - if so, that would be great as well...

(2) I'm turning in an end-lease vehicle with very low miles on the car (don't drive so much). Some dealers seem to want to do a trade in as part of the deal (vs. just letting me dispose of the vehicle). If they are looking to buy out the car, they must be making money, I'd guess. If they want to do this, should it be factored into the negotiations for the new lease? I'd prefer to avoid this/just turn in the old vehicle because a trade in feels complicated...but I wanted to understand how they are thinking about this.

Find out the buy out price and trade in value of your current car; that way, you'll know how best to address it as part of the deal. There is a 'Real World Trade in Values" thread here where we can give you an evaluation of trade value. The more knowledge you have, the better position you are in to negotiate.

They may have an independent bank that will write a lease, but it's not likely to be cost effective.
