Is this 2018 Mercedes E-class $552/mo including taxes a good lease deal?

Sales Price: $47,145
Customer Discount: $7,350

10k/yr
Amount due at signing: $2,451 ($0 down, just govt fees)
Security deposit: $1,800

Lease payment including taxes and fees: $552

Is this a good deal? Ideally, I want the mo.payment to be around $500 but not sure if this is feasible.. Thank you!!

    What's the money factor and residual? Where are you located?

    Thanks for your comment @Mr_Shiftright . The money factor was .00168 and the residual $35376.95. I am located in Orange County.

    Some other info:
    Registration Fee: $537
    State and Local taxes: $4,486
    Total Delivered Price: $52,316
