Hi Im in nyc and the dealer is offering me the blue for 261/month with 1500 down payment for the car. 36 months and for 15k/year. Is it a good price? Also in your opinion what do you believe is a decent offer in the new york area for the car. What is the MF and RV for the blue and sel? Thanks a lot I appreciate any help I can get.

Its the blue. The price for the lease was 21595 I think.
I wanted them to go down to 20595 when I lower the down payment to 1500 instead of the 2500 that they offered me.

Putting the numbers into the calculator it seems like they are giving me a decent deal since the calculation implies that I should be paying 260/month at the very least and almost 2k down payment. AM I right? One dealer is actually quoting me 20800 but that's not including the 1k competitive incentive.

Looking to lease ioniq at 36mo/10k. dealer is quoting me $300/mo $0 down but when I run the numbers I should be looking at $275/mo with $0 down. I am being quoted .0003MF 52% res in scottsdale, AZ. Does this look accurate? tax rate is 7.95% acquisition $881. Gross cap cost $21,000. Im wondering why my residual is being quoted at 52%? at first they tried 51% and then came back with 52%. if I run the numbers with residual at 56% like what is being quoted to some others I can get my monthly payment down to $248/mo

If it's the Blue model, then .00003 MF and 52% residual is correct for 36/10. (4 zeroes after the decimal)
