was looking for Touring L Plus but here is what I got for 2018 limited and going ahead with..
MSRP : 48,125 (with all the added options)
Residual : 54% MF : 0.00035 for 12K/36000
Total Incentive : 5,902 + 1200 (This is down payment dealer is taking care and not applying as a discount upfront , I think to keep the value of residual higher after lease end)
Monthly Including Everything with 0 down (meaning I think balance of 35 Payment) = $500.96

I feel this is good deal and going ahead with

Hmmm.... can you get the adjusted cap cost the dealer used for that quote?

To get $470/mo with tax, the cap cost has to be around $39,900 - make sure you understand everything added to and subtracted from the $43,310 number to get there.

Does this seem reasonable price. Is the Residual usually calculated based of the:
Total price on sticker
- Discounts
+Tax, Tag/title Fees
x residual
= 24,650 in my case

USBANK has $11,750 Total Lease Cash vs. $5,000 at FCA at your stated 0.00035 MF and 55% residual
The lease is via USBANK, money factor 0.00160 -> 3.84%
Anything else I should think of...

We don't have USBank numbers to verify.
But, $1153 upfront and $448/mo. is a pretty decent deal for a $50K MSRP vehicle.

It really does no good to guess at the numbers. Ask them for the actual figures.
First, verify it's a Chrysler Capital lease. If it is, then it will have a money factor, not an APR.
