It's been that way for quite awhile.

Southeast Toyota dealers have to use SETF for their leases. We don't have their information, and they don't calculate residuals the same way as every other bank, so the information is of limited value, even if we had it.

I just started negotiating on a tundra and this is the offer so far. Seems a bit higher than a 'good' deal. Would love some thoughts and what I should be aiming for payment or sales price. Thanks in advance.

We show .00150 MF for Tier 1+. .00160 for Tier 1.
Their calculations are correct.

Without the $3522 CAP reduction, the payment would be $570/mo.+tax.
To get down to $500/mo. with just $1200-1500 due at signing, you'd have to knock $4000 more off their price.

Doesn't seem like a realistic goal on this vehicle.

I'm sorry, but we don't have the lease programs for the Southeast Toyota region. They don't use TFS, like the rest of the country.
