Question. 330 GTxi lease. How much discount should I expect. Are there any incentives available? And what is the MF and residual. In PA. Looking for 36 month/12K miles.

Hi.  What would the residual, MF, and incentives for a 2017 330e be in Kentucky?  24/12 and 36/12? Thanks for your help!

Thanks! How does the lease credit work—$6,000 off MSRP (or negotiated purchase price) and the $6,000 is a taxed incentive?

Also, is 30 month term for 12K Miles any better?

    63% for 30/12

    I believe it's a taxed incentive.

I’m looking at a 2018 330i. These are the initial numbers quoted. Supposedly the “best offer” but I have a call with a manager later today. I haven’t yet mentioned my employer offers a corporate fleet discount. Any idea what payment I can expect on a 36/12k or 15k? I’m in TX.

    MSRP:$47,995
    sale price:$45,820
    RV:60%
    MF:.00192
    $1000 lease credit
    $750 loyalty reward

Seems quite high for a 3 series. I’m in a 2015 320i now and only pay $450. Although I did the Owners Choice option then and absolutely no negotiation. I probably could’ve got a far better deal. I want to be more prepared this time. I better keep shopping. Is the $1000 lease credit the only incentive you’re aware of?

Yes... not a good deal. Marked up money factor and only a 4.5% discount.

Texas lease taxes are high, as well.

I have been given some numbers for a 2018 330i CPO lease and I was curious if they still qualify for the incentives if they have only been a company car. There is a $3000 lease incentive on new '17 and '18 3 series in our market (Florida) and it may not make sense to do the CPO lease if the incentive is forfeited. Any insight on if they still qualify?

    Thanks for your time!

We do not have any information on the BMW CPO lease program.

If the car has been titled, it doesn't qualify for the new car programs or incentives.

    Greetings,

I'm at the tail end of my 2015 435i gran coupe lease with MSDs in northern California. The lease terms for the 4 series seem much worse this time around so I'm looking for the 3-series terms. Please advise on the MF, RV and incentives for a 2018 330i and 340i, 36/10, 36/12 and the 24/10, 24/12. Reading the forums it seems I can still use MSDs on a new lease as I have these on my current lease. Thank you in advance.

    Hello,
Can you please provide lease numbers for PA on a 330xi for 36 months / 12k miles? Any incentives? Is 7% off MSRP a good place to start negotiating price?

Also, my current lease utilized the multiple security deposits (MSDs) to lower the MF. I had read that BMW had done away with them, but my dealer told me that multiple security deposits are back and I could roll my current MSDs into this new lease. Did BMW bring back the MSDs?

Yes, 7% off sticker is a good starting place.

MSDs are back, in a limited way.

If you are in a lease with MSDs, BMWFS is allowing you to roll over some of that into the new lease. 5 MSDs at .00005 each are the new numbers.

My dealer is telling me 7 MSDs at .00005 each for .00035 total. Any chance that could be correct?

Also, could you help me with some of the other details.

The deal I was offered for a 330xi 36/12k in PA was $555 a month.

MSRP $50,200 - But that includes $410 in accessories that I don't want, except the wheel locks. Am I required to keep those accessories?

Selling Price $45,579 - Includes $3000 in lease cash (is that an incentive?). If lease cash is an incentive it seems like the selling price could be negotiated down. Another dealer offered a price of about 8% off MSRP for a similar car, but it was to finance not lease.

I was told the rest of the numbers (MF and Residual) are fixed and that I got the best rate. I thought residual was supposed to be set by the bank, but that MF could be increased by the dealer.

    At Delivery
    1st Month $555.60
    Security Deposit $4,200
Bank Fee not in cap. $925
    Tax Bank Fee $83.25
    Tags $285.15
Total Due at Signing $6,049 (minus what I have in my current MSDs)

Any other thoughts on this deal?

We don't have all the particulars of the new MSD program, so 7 @ .00005 each could be correct. It's better than what we told you, which is rare for a dealer.

Second, 7% off sticker, before applying any incentives, is a good price point for BMW. Looks like you can do better here. Get more dealers involved; the competition between them will help you get your best price.

If they aren't disclosing the MF to you, it's hard to tell if it's been marked up or not. Transparency is key; if they don't want to reveal the numbers to you, that should be a signal of something bad.

Guys, newbie here. Interested in getting 330i for lease. few newbie questions:

    1) I am okay with 2017 or 2018. Do you think I should go for 2017 if I get a better deal ?
    2) Lease credits are different between states ? I can lease a car in NJ or PA. Do you know what are the lease credits for 330i for both states ?
    3) What are current numbers for 36 months and 10k ?
    4) Should I wait for incentives if currently there are no good incentives compared to Christmas times couple of months ago ?

Sorry lot asked but, just wanted to understand these basic things before I make a next move,

    Thanks for your help.

    1) I would get a 2017 if the deal was better. The lease program is the same, but incentives are higher for the 2017. Most likely, any 2017 still available is a demo or service loaner.
    2) It's possible that incentives could vary by region, but not that we've seen. The 2018 model has a $1000 lease credit.
    3) .00152 MF and 61% residual
    4) The best time to lease a car is when you really need it. If you can wait, no point in getting it now. However, 2017 lease support could end at any time.

I am just relocating to Bakersfield, CA area from Westlake, OH area with a leased 2017 BMW 330i X Drive. My existing lease payment is $556/month but when I change the garage address in BMW profile, its showing me my new lease payment will be $596/month! Why does this happen?

Very disappointed and surprised. Negotiated quite a bit before acquiring the leased vehicle last year and with this payment increase some of those negotiation fruits are gone!

When you signed your lease in OH, the sales tax was calculated and paid up front (or, likely, added into the lease payment).

Now that you are in CA, they tax the monthly payment, likely at a rate of around 9% or so, so the payment went up.

You can see if you can apply for a refund of the unused tax from OH.

How long can you put off re-registering the vehicle?

    1) I would get a 2017 if the deal was better. The lease program is the same, but incentives are higher for the 2017. Most likely, any 2017 still available is a demo or service loaner.
    2) It's possible that incentives could vary by region, but not that we've seen. The 2018 model has a $1000 lease credit.
    3) .00152 MF and 61% residual
    4) The best time to lease a car is when you really need it. If you can wait, no point in getting it now. However, 2017 lease support could end at any time.

    Thank you. Appreciate it.

I got following offer from local dealer for

2017 340i with base model + sports package (no premium, no driving assistance). It's there one of the left over cars.

    MSRP: 50898
    Rebate - - $3000
    Lease credit -$3000
Purchase price - $44898 (12% discount of MSRP)
    MF: 0.00152
    Residual - 61%
    Acquisition fee - $900
    Dealer Document Fee - $399

Is it a good deal ? it doesn't have heated front seats, rear backup camera etc but, i think for 340i new 2017, $45 is not bad I guess ?

If I were shopping in that price range, I'd want to get exactly what I wanted.

No discount from sticker, beyond the incentives? I think you can do better than that, on the price.
