$1390 lease cash on the Sport only

The adjusted cap cost on the Sport would have to be around $26,400 for that payment, or $29,300 for the Touring.

Ask the dealer for those numbers; that will help us understand the whole deal.

The dealer can mark up the MF to add profit to the deal.

The $1390 lease cash is a consumer rebate, and lowers the selling price.

Can I get info for Georgia? CX5 Touring, no packages, 36 months 10k.

My first quote was $400 with nothing down. I basically laughed in his face. I am calculating it should be around $250 to $270 per month if I only pay tax and first payment up front.

I'm using base touring with msrp 27,590.
Residual would be 16829.
I'm estimating getting an out the door price with all fees of 26,000 before tax.
This is giving me a payment of around $265 after finance charge by my math.
Not sure how dealer could ever get me to $400 per month for this car, and can't figure it out since he says they don't share MF or residual used until you come in to sign contract LOL

Yeah.. if adjusted CAP is $26,000, then payment is $263/mo+tax.

With the $595 acquisition fee, that's a $2200 discount from MSRP, which seems optimistic.

No point in even responding to $400/mo, if they aren't forthcoming with details. Shop around.

I'll guess they've marked up the money factor, or that isn't really the sale price. $3000 off MSRP on a new CX-5 that only stickers for $28,XXX is a lot bigger discount than I would expect.

Have a current Mazda 6 lease which I think qualifies me for loyalty cash, but I don't think it can be combined with the $500 customer cash deal.
