Would the hybrid have a different residual value?
The specific build MSRP is $65,640.

What is the total amount due at signing?

What is the adjusted CAP, after taxes and fees are added?

I get $603/mo. with those numbers.
I'm not sure an extra $2000 over the sale price is enough to cover both taxes and the $700 acquisition fee.
That might be where the discrepancy is.... but, you aren't far off.
I'd ask them to verify the money factor. It's possible that they've marked it up some, if all of your numbers are accurate.

They are definitely in the ballpark, though.
