Residual value and MF for RX450h

I want to find out the residual value and MF for 2016 Lexus RX450h AWD with following options:

Luxury package
12.3 inch navigation system with Mark Levinson audio
Lexus safety system+ with premium triple beam LED headlights
Panoramic view monitor with traffic alert
Cold weather package
Color heads up display
Panoramic moon roof
Touch free rear power door
Door edge guards
All weather mats with cargo mat
Cargo net, cargo mats, wheel locks, key glove

Total MSRP: $63,114.00
Dealer will give a discount of $1000 on MSRP.

Car location will be: Harrisburg, PA
Dealer location: MD

The dealer is quoting $814 per month lease rate for 3 year/36k with $7000 down. I asked the dealer for residual value and MF but never heard back.

That sounds like a terrible deal.

Watch out for Maryland sales tax. Make sure you aren't paying it. They charge 6% on the full price of the vehicle, while PA charges tax on the payment.

$1000 isn't much of a discount, and you should never put $7000 upfront on a lease.

Thanks, I knew that the dealer's calculations were way off. Maybe this is the reason why he has stopped responding to my e-mails. It was my mistake saying that $7000 was down payment. It is actually the value of my trade.

The tax is charged for the state where vehicle is registered, so it will be PA tax.

PA does charge tax on payments only but the tax rate on car lease payments is 9% instead of 6% which is the PA sales tax rate. So, they give with one hand, take away with another.

Anyways, the Lexus leasing process has been so stressful thus far that I will never ever look at Lexus again even if I have to walk to work. Moving on to other vehicles.

Can i get the MF and Residual for a 2017 RX 450H in SoCal with 36/10 and 36/12? Also is there any additional incentives beyond the $2300? Given the much lower repricing of the 2018 RX450H's i was hoping Lexus was giving some additional dealer cash.

Looking to lease a RX450HL or a RX350L in so cal.

what kind of MF and Res. should I expect for 36/10 and 36/12? Also not opposed to 39 months if that is a sweet spot for Lexus. Is there a big difference in terms between the two models? Also, and incentives (military, etc)?

Numbers for a 2017 RX 450H in New England.

Open to 24, 36 or 39 months.

I see 1k conquest online, does the 3k cash apply as well? Or is the 2017 past the point of leasing well?

Assuming 15,000 miles per year, 58%, 51% or 49%.

We don't have the Eastern region MF or incentives, but we see .00001 and $3500 or $3100 lease cash in other regions.
