May I make a suggestion? Instead of asking for a bunch of numbers, go and take some test drives. A good lease deal isn't all that good if you don't like the car you end up with.

Example - a couple weeks ago I went with a friend to test drive some Land Rovers. He was specifically interested in the Velar diesel. He test drove it, and wasn't impressed with the power (the Velar diesel is the 4-cyl).

Then he test drove the Discovery diesel. 3 row SUV, much bigger than he needs (he is single), but this one has the 6-cyl diesel. Night and day difference! He was really smitten by that package.

It wouldn't have mattered if the Velar was half the price of the Disco, he much preferred the bigger engine.

It'd be AWD and I'm shopping for 2 friends, myself and my little brother so my requests only stem from what they ask me. My nearest Jag dealer is an hour and some change so I was just trying to get ahead of myself. Sorry for the bother.

Another hint - higher trim levels frequently have lower residuals. If you're looking for a good deal, get a lower trim level and option it up, if possible.

I get the same payment they do.. Using .00001 as the money factor.

NET CAP should = Adjusted CAP

The Gross CAP is wrong... that should be the selling price + the 3 items listed afterwards.
But, the final numbers are correct.

What trim?
What state?
What selling price?
How much is due from you at signing? ($0 down is not the same as $0 out of pocket)

On the surface, it looks good, but without the details it's hard to know for sure.

I haven't received the selling price and MF details yet. At the time of signing I would be just be paying the first month's payment.

Ask the dealer for the adjusted cap cost, if you're rolling in the taxes and fees. Jaguar dealers are famous for marking up the MF, so with all the prices we can figure out how honest that deal is.
