The first bump is for Tier 4 credit. Add .00030 to the money factor for Tier 4.

How many miles per year? 12k
What is the MSRP? $33,075 (is it a good price?)
What is the selling price? Rebate is $3,530 and adjusted sale price is $29,545.
What is the full breakdown of the $2000 down? They just write $2,000 down payment.
In addition, I trade my current car which has +$1,500. Delivery fee (dealer fee, doc and handling and other fees) is $1,000.
With this information, they offered me $320/month for Niro Touring 2018 for 36 months.
$3530 lease cash
Adjusted CAP would have to be around $25,800 to get that payment.
If your trade is worth $1500, then you actually have $3500 upfront.
It appears that they've discounted the vehicle by more than just the rebate. Maybe another $1500.
With just 1st payment upfront, it's a $400+/mo. payment.
That doesn't seem like a great deal, though it may be fair for that vehicle.
