What would the MF and RV for a 2018 Malibu LT in Florida (Area Code 33064) with 36m/10k. Also what are the incentives/cash offers that can be used with a lease?

It's about $227/mo, once you amortize the upfront money. That's a pretty good deal, if you can get it, but I bet it doesn't include tax.

It's not anything that would want me to ditch a Honda Accord for.

Hello - I am pulling my lease ahead by 5 mths. The dealer is offering me a new lease on 2018 malibu LT model with following packages - sun and wheel, convenience and tech, leather, driver confidence package. the offer is $292 per month for 24 months. basically, I leave the old car with them and drive home the 2018 model.
can you please verify if this is a good deal.

So I found a 2018 malibu 1LS for 13,999 and the MSRP at 24,100. When I calculate the lease payments based on the RV and MF provided, I get a very low payment. Around $50 per month. Is this possible? Whats the lowest realistic lease payment for a malibu based on the these numbers?

I'm almost 100% certain that price is valid only for a purchase, not a lease.

Different incentives for purchase vs. lease.
