It's actually pretty close to the same as everyone else, but you have to convert the APR to a money factor.
To do this, divide the APR by 2400.
Example: 2.50% APR / 2400 = .00104 MF

It won't be exact, but you'll be within a dollar or two on most calculations.

Thank you! Do you know how anything over 19,500miles works? I would like to go to 21000 but they said something about you pay for mileage and then if you don’t use it , you get money back??

We don't have any information on how Ford addresses mileage requirements above 19,500. Likely a per-mile adjustment to the residual, but I doubt you'd get it back if you didn't use it.

That's just an educated guess on my part, however.

Out of curiosity, how often (if at all) do MF values change in a region? 3.75 seems very high to me here in CO, especially compared to others around, but I'm guessing it is due to popularity. Is there a history I can go off of to determine if it's worth waiting for a better MF?

No historical trend... but, you are correct, the rates are high in Colorado.

I wouldn't expect any changes in actual monthly payments until near the end of the model year.

I was quoted $325 a month for a 24 month lease/10,500 miles based on the following.
D Plan - (Brother works for dealer)
$2500 down.

I didn't get the residual or MF from them, but they said the D Plan price is $39,040.

That seems like a pretty good deal to me, but another somewhat local dealer is offering this without even using D plan and I'm trying to figure out how they are pulling those numbers off?

Also, those advertised “Best Prices” include every rebate under the sun, many you will not be eligible, or used towards a lease. That's a very good payment. If Alabama is the same region as Florida, why are the residual and MF so different.

Anyone having any luck with screw Lariats? Went to the dealer tonight (3/1) and was told the rebates were nothing compared to the XLT. They held firm at $5k off sticker ($50k) and I need to be another $4k lower.

Not sure what a "screw" lariat is. But you aren't getting 9k off sticker on a '18 lease.
My configured 58k sticker is true dealer cost of about 51.8 (Invoice, Less Manf Holdback, - $500 from ford) --> there's not much cash support from ford right now on leases (but they have the best residual of the US brands and rate to make up for it). This still means you can push a 58k sticker down near 500/mo if you get base rates and a 53k total sell on a std lease w/ no out of pocket cap reduction. I consider that a damn good deal.
