    I'm also interest in the MF and Residual Value on leasing a 2018 Lexus NX 300 for 36/10 in zipcode 60440. Are there any other incentives beside the $1000, I seen a $3000 cash, is this for another vehicle? There's also currently a lease deal for $349 mo/36 mo/$3999 due at signing.

    The $3000 certainly isn't on an NX.

    The advertised deal is for a unit with an MSRP of $40,305.
    The price doesn't include tax, title, license or dealer fees, but it does include the acquisition fee.
    Assumes a dealer discount of $1960.
    I don't think it includes the $1000 loyalty/conquest, so that could reduce the upfront to $3000. (not including, tax, etc..)

    He may be correct.. we don't have the Eastern Region numbers.
    Plus, it's doubtful any dealer would bother marking up a rate by .00005.

    We don't have historical information - and, the numbers from 3 months ago will in no way predict what the numbers will be 9 months from now.

    We are supposed to have 3 interest rate hikes from the Fed by then, so who knows what that will do to auto financing....

    Lexus residuals are good through the end of this month; will likely be updated for May.

    60% (36/7.5) or 56% (42/7.5)

    We do not have the Southern region MF and incentives, but for the Central region we show .00040 and $500 lease cash
