Yes, yes and yes..

But, if you take the March lease and loyalty, you have to use the March lease program. You can't mix and match.

What is the exact amount due at signing?
Adjusted CAP cost has to be around $58,300 to get that payment.

$3780 up front which covers first month, taxes and fees.

I was quoted $516/month.

Please let me know if this is a fair price.

I get $513/mo.
But, your numbers look rounded off, so their payment is probably good.

Just make sure your $3780 is itemized, and the charges are all legitimate.
If so, looks like a good deal.

What is the adjusted cap cost the dealer used for that payment quote?

Is that $1500 total out of pocket, or $1500 + first payment + registration costs, etc.?

Did you round the MF? The base rate is .00156, this month.

Residual is adjusted down by $1000 to account for the loaner miles.

I think you could get a new one for that payment, frankly.

The paper they gave me with numbers show the MSRP as $51,385.00, Price $45,900.00, and Price w/Incentive $42,900.00. They provided me with a MF of .0016. They told me my drive off would be $1,500.00 plus first payment. Other than getting the proper base MF, should I ask for the 3K incentive come off the advertised $42,900.00 that the website shows?

11% is just an average discount for a loaner.

The residual will be reduced by $1000 to account for the current mileage.

The number you want is the adjusted cap cost, factoring in the cap reduction and any fees or taxes you aren't paying up front.

We aren't big fans of cap reduction, anyway. That money would be at risk if the car is stolen or totaled.

We suggest you target 7% off MSRP, then subtract the incentive.

In February last year I ordered a 2018 440i GC that came out to $64,905. When the car arrived in April the residual was horrible and I believe my payments would have been high $800s or low $900s. I could have leased an $80k+ M3 with Competition Package for less per month. I decided to do a 10 month swap a lease on an X6 in the meantime.

Now I'm looking to get a 2018 440i GC - Total Suggested Price: $62,985.00
My zip code is 33133 in Miami, FL

The car I originally wanted was sold a few days ago and the dealership found this near identical car at another Florida dealership.

Client Advisor wrote to me in an email: "per your request on a lease of 36/12k and $2,589.82 out of pocket you'll be at $862.88 a month. The residual is $35,271.60 and the money Factor is .00176".

Residual is 56% correct?

I can see they're trying to make a little money on the MF.

He had mentioned over the phone a discount of ~$5,500.00 but didn't include that in the email, so I doubt the $862.88 is taking that into account. I also asked for a breakdown of the $2.589.82 which I haven't received.

How much more should I try to negotiate off the price to get a good price? is selling price of $53,000 delusional? Should I go to another dealership see what deal they'll give me on this same car?

With MY2019's now hitting dealers shouldn't residuals be getting better now? Feel as though they're still bad.

MF: .00156
Residual: 54%
$5k down
Payment: $898 (includes 7% tax)

"Feels" high. Is the MF correct? And any thoughts on this payment? Thanks!

The lease variables are correct.

Yes, seems extremely high. Which is pretty typical for Florida
