Thanks for the info. When calculating lease amount using MSRP, cap cost,etc and you get your monthly rate ,such as $224/mo, where do you figure the customer incentive such as $1325 into the lease rate. Is this just to ask to have the CAP cost even lower or is this figured somewhere else.

When they give you the price, you have to ask if it includes the incentive, or not.
If they give you the adjusted or net CAP cost, that should account for everything.

Could someone shed some light if this is a good lease deal?

I made my own calculations manually and I get a lowest payment comparing with the dealer quote, I feel there is something hiding on the Amt Applied Upfront = $801.22 that is making the lease payment go higher, because I don't understand where that money ($801.22) is coming from, I asked the Finance Manager and he didn't gave me that information, that's why I felt it was something that they were hiding on those numbers. could you please help me to figure out if this is a good deal...

Total Net Trade of $436.56 - Are the 3 remaining payments that I have on my current lease.

This are the calculations I made in base on the lease cash ($1,825) and the discount of $2,447.63 that the dealer offered me including Down payment of $1000, also putting the 3 remaining payments that I have on my current lease total of $436.53. I get a lower payment of $215.56 comparing with the dealer payment of $228.43

You are missing upfront tax on the rebates/cap reduction.
That's why the $572.79 in upfront charges is higher than what you see, adding up the fees.
It's often left off that first screen.. Should be around $157..
You also have to add your first payment back in to your total cost, because you deducted your full $1000 upfront from the CAP.

So if the upfront tax on cap reduction is around $157 that's the amount I need to add to the Net Cap Cost on my calculaitons ??, or the dealer is trying to hide a charge of $415.79 (572.79 - 157 = 415.79) I am a little confuse in this part of the calculations, I just need to make sure if the dealer is not trying to add a extra charge on the deal of $228.43 that they offered me.
