Sale price $48,686
Residual Value $30,980
36 month lease
10k miles per year
$2,000 down

I didn't get the money factor but will follow up

In Pennsylvania, sales tax should be 6%

PA has an extra 3% tax on leases

If we assume that $2000 covers first payment + DMV fees + $695 acq.fee, then I get $514/mo.+tax
    $560/mo. total.

Ask for an itemization of those upfront charges.

But, this looks like a decent deal.

    Thanks again for the information.
I checked back on the info the dealer gave me and had a few fee numbers

    Govt fees $33
    Proc/Doc fees $231
Acquisition fees $995 (higher than the number you have above)
    Gross Cap Cost $49,763
    Residual Value $30,980

Before I agree to anything I will confirm but my assumption is that the $2,000 will cover the first payment and fees.

I am a current Volvo owner so the pricing above includes the Volvo Loyalty savings.

Acquisition fee is marked up $300 for extra profit.

    Still looks pretty good.

Thanks again. I have been reading your feedback in the bigger forum post with leasing info requests. Very helpful.

After reading all the other comments I am now looking into possibly a 39 month lease. How much would the residual value and money factor changes on this in Pennsylvania?

Also considering no money down other than first months payments, govt fees and doc prep fees. All together this looks like $824.35 down with a recurring monthly payment of $593.35. I like the idea of paying as little up front as possible in case of issues down the road.

    Thanks

    54% residual for 39 months.

Doubtful that will change the payment, much at all.
