Is this a good deal for dealer demo 2018 BMW 430i?

Dealer demo with 4k miles on it. $3000 out of pocket which includes all fees and first month.
$449 a month. Interior has red stitching which is awesome. Has all packages except M.

Gross Capitalized Cost: 43,488.89
Adjusted Capitalized Cost: 40,503.98
Residual Value: $27,230.70
