It's a decimal. Numbers with four zeroes are lower than numbers with three zeroes.

At 7.5% tax, your payment is $884/mo. pre-tax.
The adjusted CAP would have to be about $74,350 to get that payment, using the marked up money factor (assuming it's about .00042.. which is a big assumption)

That's $1150 under the sale price, assuming that price already included the $2000 conquest.
That leaves $2850 of the initial $4000 payment to pay 1st payment, acquisition fee, DMV and dealer fees. That might not be too far off, but I'm making a lot of assumptions.

If the MF being used is .00042, the markup is adding $48/mo. to the payment.

RR dealers are allergic to discounting, and they universally believe in marking up the MF.

With the .00125 MF, I get $918/mo before tax. With the base MF of .00005, the pre-tax payment drops to $782/mo.

Big difference.

Ask the dealer what cap cost they are using for their quote.
