Currently, Acura gears it's lease specials towards 2018 models. The 2019 TLX's are arriving, but you'll have to wait for the specials.

$6375 already.... but, residuals dropped by 2% from last month.

Acura is one make, where suddenly, one month, incentives just disappear. They had an extra $2000 on the 2017 TLX, last spring, and the next month, it was gone. Poof.. $60/mo. more to lease.

Apperently there aren’t much 2018s available in my area and most dealers done have any so they are trying to push the 2018 v6s down my throat

Given the $3450 incentive on this model, that looks like a decent selling price.
To get that payment, Adjusted CAP would have to be about $41,900.

Hi...I'm interested in a 2019 TLX with no extras. It appears the invoice should be $33,000 and destination of $995. I haven't gotten the cap or any numbers. I live in NYS (14221) and I was hoping you could tell me what dealer incentive would be so I can begin to negotiate. Also, Acura is showing on their webpage a lease for this car for $329 a month, with $1995 down, but does not include taxes or dealer fees. Thanks for any help you may provide.

Hi again...I'm in NYS and want to lease a 2019 TLX base with no extras. The invoice is $33,965. Could you please provide me with the incentives and possibly tell me if their current special of leasing it for $329 a month with $2499 down, which I would roll together for $398.42 a month. Then I would add in NYS sales tax which would make it $433.28 a month. Is this a good deal?
Also, what are the incentives on this base vehicle?

Now you're confusing me - if $33,695 is the MSRP, then what is the selling price? It should be more than $4200 off the MSRP, as that is the available lease incentive.

Dealer said the lease incentive is only $3,000 on the tlx v4 base model. How do I confirm it please?

I show $2000 dealer cash and $2200 lease cash. The dealer cash should be used in whatever price offer you make to them.

Now a second dealer said there is only $3275 to be used as any kind of incentives. I am looking at the 4 cylinder model. They say their selling price is $29,995 with a MF of .00124 with 56 percent residual value. They want $844 at signing and $423 a month for the next 35 months. This doesn't sound right to me. I would love your thoughts.

$3275 is the correct number.

What is the MSRP?

The deals, at the moment, are on the 2018's. The 2019 model will continue to be more expensive until the 2018's are gone.
