It shows some $135 or so as lease charge/Interest.

Is this a good deal? He is quoting 0.00230 MF I think and throwing some Maintenance package for free.

Looking through the numbers history of the 2018 Odyssey it appears the .00184 money factor is the lowest to date. All research seems to point at the odyssey being a bad vehicle to lease up until now. In your humble opinion, would you consider now a decent time given the lower MF?

It's still just an OK lease.

The Toyota Sienna has much lower MF's available, if you're looking for an alternative.

Honda only publishes residuals for up to 15,000 miles; check with your dealer on how the extra 9000 miles will affect your residual.

Ask the dealer for the adjusted cap cost, and what was added to the selling price to get there.

Thanks, I texted him so I will keep you posted.
I have a Pacifica waiting for me, and the MSRP is higher, but the monthly is lower. However, I am using the lemon law to give them back my 2017 Pacifica. I thought everything was a done deal and now they messed up the lemon law agreement and my 2017 is continuing to have problems. They are taking back the car, just taking longer to send the check (they lost the original paperwork). It is making me nervous to get a 2018- I just feel like FCA is horrible.

The sales tax number isn't valid for a lease. That's the tax on a purchase.
Does the fee amount include the $595 acquisition fee?

I copy and pasted what he sent. I was curious why that was on there. Yes the fee amount includes the acquisition fee. I do not know if they used the same MF and residual you listed. First payment and tag is all that is due at signing. Does this seem like a decent deal?

The payment calculation looks pretty close.
The Elite model is not cheap to lease.

Yeah, the Touring trim has the lowest residuals, which really hurts the payment.

That, and the full sales tax, even on leases, in MD.
