Hi

I am looking at a lease as follows:

A 2018 BASE awd rdx 36/10k
$38495 MSRP price
$32551 selling price
57% Resid
.00039 money factor

$396.65/month with $500.62 total due at signing

Can you let me know if this is a decent deal

$3300 incentive

Adding in the $595 acquisition fee, I get $333/mo.+tax, with that selling price.

What state and tax rate?
Did they give you the adjusted CAP cost?

$40,695 MSRP , now being quoted $387/month with $387 due at signign to cover 1st payment. or $397 /month and acura makes 1s tmonths payment.

everything rolled into the deal in both options. 36 month 10K iles per year

I countered with $375, sign and drive, acura makes 1st payment. Theyve said they will see what can be done and get with GSM/GM. I dont want to leave any money on the table.

2 years ago i leased a 2015 Lexus RC350. $52K MSRP 24 month lease, 10k miles per year../lexus made 1st months payment. everything rolled into the deal $352/month. sign and drive. $0 due at signing
