Looking at leasing a hybrid touring L in Philadelphia 19144. Was originally thinking of buying, but now leasing confused how the 7500 tax credit factors in. Anyway looking for numbers for 36 month 12k and incentives.

Most likely, sometime late on June 1st.

We only know the current incentives. We don't have a historical record to know if any of them are additional.

The tax credit goes to the bank that buys the car. The Pacifica Hybrid is popular, so they don't pass any of the tax credit on to you... but, the residuals are strong, which helps.

I wanted to circle back and say Thank you! to everyone on this forum, especially kyfdx and Michaell for their quick responses.

We ended up getting the Limited with the Advanced SafetyTec group and seatback UConnect Theaters.

MSRP: $47,780
36 mo / 12k lease
$0 drive-off and $449/mo (incl. 7% tax) for 35 months.

Crazy to see how far apart some dealers are. I'm happy with our deal.

Ok, so can someone check my math? I found a Hybrid Touring Plus with an MSRP of 41785. If I could negotiate a selling price of 34285, and put 6k down, I'd be looking at a capitalized cost of 28285. The Residual looks like it would be 17967 assuming 43%. So the depreciation payment would be 28285-17967=10318/36=286 with the financing cost at (28285+17967)*0.00005=2.3126 for a grand total (pre tax and fees) of approx $289 per month.

Does that look right?

Why would you put $6000 down on a lease?

And, the MF on the Hybrid is much higher than .00005. We don't know the exact rate, but it's likely in the range of .00190 to .00250

.00005 isn't the money factor for the hybrid.

$500 Bonus cash for retail sales
$2000 Lease cash allowance
$1000 Bonus cash for current lessees of competitive vehicles (Sienna)
$500 Bonus cash, must own/lease non-FCA vehicle
$500 Lease bonus. Must lease through Chrysler capital

$4500 total

I don't see any mention of restrictions in combining the above but I'm still digging.

Are you able to see the details on the above offers and if so, are there restrictions on combining them?

Anything that mentions "retail" is for purchase only. (1)
Seems unlikely that the 3rd and 4th ones would be compatible with each other.. but, if qualified, either one should stack with 2 and 5.
(2) and (5) are definitely compatible. (ergo, the $2500 we mentioned)
