Thanks so much for the help! I got an A plan lease offer on an MSRP $25,315 for $1000 down, $259/mo for 36mo and 12k miles. Struggling to follow his numbers on the lease sheet. Does this seem like a fair price? I expected it to be a bit less.

It's a consumer rebate used to lower the CAP cost on the vehicle. It consists of the federal tax credit and some additional incentives from Ford.
