Sorry, but we don't have the lease programs for demos with that many miles.
BMWFS uses money factors, not APRs.

Seems like it would have a pretty low payment with those parameters, even with a really high money factor.

9999 is the limit.

Those vehicles definitely not eligible for the new car lease program. They might have some other way to lease them, but it's doubtful it would be cheaper than just leasing a new unit.

Hello! Just to clarify, are all the rebates applied after I negotiate down the selling price?
Example: car is at x price, I negotiate 7% off of that, and then I apply the credits that I am eligible for (eg, $3000 lease credit, $1000 grad credit, $1000 loyalty credit). So let's say its a $50,000 MSRP, take off 7% for 46,500, then 5,000 for $41,500?

I had a dealer tell me that these credits do not apply to the selling price and only towards the drive off/down payment.

Where is the $925 acquisition fee?

Etching and conveyance fees are junk - that's $1000 of the discount you are giving back, taking your discount to under 7%

Why so much up front cash on a lease?

Room to negoitate on this deal.

I stupidly posted this on a x4 forum.... Here is a repost! However, people are nice enough to answer my questions on the other x4 thread. Someone told me I should subtract 4% from the residual... does that mean the Residual on this example is fair?? The fee somehow seems a bit too high and I am unclear what the $1392 additional adjustments mean.

Here is what I posted in the x4 threat.

Can someone help me look at demo cars? For a deal around LA, it seems like it is

0.00166 MF and 61% residual. What are the drive off fees --> I assume a total of ~$2k?

How would you look at the demo deal like the one attached? The residual at 53% looks ridiculously low to me and this looks like a bad deal. What else looks odd here? If I adjust the residual to ~60%, what would I be getting?? It's a high mileage demo car...

sorry for the late response here. The MSRP is just shown as $49795 and the dealer "discount" of 10,000 makes it $39,795? This $39,795 number is also on the image I posted. Hopefully this helps you get a better idea...

I I'm looking for the current mf and residual on a 2018 demo 430xi demo GC. less than 5K miles (does this mean incentives are in play here?)

I was told a 52% residual on a sales price of about 39K in Maryland off an MSRP of 52800
