XC60 T8 Inscription in Los Angeles

Hello, I am about to lease a XC60 T8 Inscription.
Can you tell me how the $5002 Manufacturer's rebate works? I believe it is applied to the CAP COST on the car, but I am not sure. (Apparently, rebate only applies to leases at leases?)

Also, for 36/month, 10K miles/yr can you tell me residual and money factor please?

    Yes, it's a consumer rebate that is applied as a CAP cost reduction.

    .00065 MF and 49% residual
    $1000 XC60 Allowance
    $5002 non-cash credit

    I am looking at the Volvo XC60 Inscription T8 eAWD Plug-in Hybrid in Los Angeles.

    I am undecided between the R-design and Transcription. Could you please give current info for both?

    I’m new to this car leasing stuff. I just left the dealership in CA. XC60 transcription T8.

    Base price 52,900. Fully loaded - luxury seats and upgraded sound system.

    Offer was 67,050 - 7,502 rebate + dealer discounts. They said 1k allowance only applies to purchases.

    0 down. 36 months @839.49 thoughts? Appreciate the help.

    $7502 isn't much of a discount, considering the $6002 in dealer incentives.

    Need the adjusted CAP cost to check the payment, though your quote doesn't look bad, considering the small discount

    That's not true, but it's their incentive, not yours, so they aren't obligated to share the information.

    Ask the dealer for the adjusted CAP cost, and the itemization of how it is calculated.

    That's no different than a purchase, where you want to know the amount financed.
