I am looking to lease Stelvio Ti (or f pace where I posted a moment ago). What is the MF and Residual for 24/36 months/ 10 K miles in cherry Hill, NJ area? Also any incentives or thoughts on final selling price I can expect?

I'm being offered an AWD base loaner $49.2K MSRP with 5K miles. 24mos/12K. Final sale price = $35,500. Residual is 60% not sure why, apr=.91%. DAS $429 only - monthly payment $429 includes doc fee of 899 and registration of $275 and tax. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I'm not sure if this is good for a loaner.

The residual is adjusted to account for the miles.

That is a good price for this vehicle.

Generally, apply the lease incentives after you negotiate, but it's pretty likely the discounts you are seeing already have the incentives baked into them.

The programs we have are from Chrysler Capital.
It's possible that they are using a different bank.
