My Residence: Fairfax, VA (22031)

Walk-Out Price (including all fees/taxes/incentives): $39,000
Down Payment/Security Deposit: $0 (as of right now)

I believe MF is 0.00065 and RV would be 58% based on the previous posts..but not sure?

Thoughts on deal? Trying to figure out monthly payment calculation..need some help though. Thanks!

Each security deposit lowers the MF by .00008, so you should be able to apply 5 MSDs to lower the MF to .00005

We always recommend using MSDs - you get that up front money back at the end of the lease.

Are the fees part of the adjusted purchase price of $39,907?

MF seems to be marked up a tiny bit.
With the prices provided, I get $483/mo.

If I add the $1700 in taxes and the $795 bank fee, the payment goes up to $549/mo

Ask the dealer for the cap cost used for their $585/mo quote, and an itemized accounting of what they added to the selling price to get there.
