Same basic blocks I think but there is going to be a lot of attached parts (mounts, brackets, plates, location of certain parts, hose routings) that are different and will need swapping or modification--also there's the electronics, as you will probably have to use the minivan's computer and wiring harness--and who knows if that mates up to the Jeep wiring?
All in all, this is not going to be a straightforward swap--you'd be better off getting a used engine out of a 2008 Wrangler--that way, all these hassles won't come up for you. Or unless your current engine is completely destroyed, you can have it rebuilt.
