2019 Infiniti QX50 Lease Deals and Prices

The MSRP on this car is $54,395. Essential FWD . Selling price agreed on in email is $51,556. Lease figures below. They are telling me $673 a month with this. I come up with $643. I would pay the acquisition fee and first payment. I haven’t told them but I am thinking of doing at least 4 MSD. Thoughts ?

The calculation is correct.
Other than the $695 doc fee, I don't see any issues.

I'd go whole hog and do 9 MSDs, and take the MF all the way down to .00001.
That would knock $82/mo. off the payment.

I know that's a lot of money upfront, but it saves you $3200 over the lease term.

Yeah, MF is not at its lowest so they are making money there. It took a lot of negotiation to get him to knock $5,000 off MSRP and another $1,000 of capital cost reductions. They do need to make a little $$$ on the sale, so not sure if he'd go any lower on the MF. Just wanted to check to make sure I'm not getting hosed on this deal.

I am thinking about putting more down for MSDs, just hate to depart with that much cash.

With those terms, I get $501/mo.+tax

To get to $544/mo, there has to be $1600 added to that selling price.
Since you already have $700 extra that they want upfront, don't see how there could be $2300 for acquisition fee, DMV and doc fees?

I don't have any information regarding a $2500 incentive.

The calculation is correct.

No help on pricing, but that seems like a decent deal. The only place to save is on the selling price, or the MSD program.
