Anything with the word "retail" in it is a purchase incentive and not applicable to leasing.

Whoops, I was looking at the Limited AWD; Limited FWD does indeed have $2750 in lease incentives:

$1750 lease cash
$500 bonus cash (SECK5)
$500 SE Cherokee lease bonus cash (SELKC)

Dont have those numbers at the moment. Residual is 55% resulting in 22960 buyout amount.

I would like to thank the moderators for all their help.
After looking at KIA Sorento, MAZDA CX-5, I decided on leasing a 2019 Cherokee Overland 4X4 with the Technology package, Panoramic Sunroof, and the Turbo engine. What can I say, the wife likes Jeep.
These figures are in the Mid Hudson Valley NY.

MSRP: $42,010
Selling Price: $40,045 (I did use supplier pricing 1% below invoice. You can find a site out there to join if you need it). I did a little better than 1%.
Rebates: $7,000 ( I chose to take the IDL Bonus $4,500 Non Chrysler CU financing. More than took care of the extra rent charge). Also had a $500 TDM bonus to use (Just request a brochure from the Jeep site and it will show up sooner or later)
Adj Cap Cost: $35,532 (rolled in acquisition fees and taxes)
Residual: 57%
POD: $658 (1st month plus DMV and NYS fees
Monthly: $395

I think I got a decent deal. Needed the Overland because the fin antenna would fit through my garage door and the mast antenna would not

So my lease is expiring in two months so i did some shopping...
Right now i have a Honda Accord and i want to get a little higher of the ground.
I test drove the equinox, nissan rogue and jeep Cherokee limited 4 x 4.
The bet i got for the Cherokee was $2800 due at sign (ny tax, fees dmv first payment) + 269/month and the were to cover my remaining two payments of $240 ea.
What do you thing about the number, and would it be smarter to wait for the lease to expire?

I went to the dealer just before closing and they offered me $340 per month 36/12 with $1400 to cover tax, tags and fees. Sticker price was $35,860. I didn't get into details and numbers but still seems a bit high.

term 36months/10k miles
they will pay Honda for my two payments and take it, but i am still responsible if the charge for wear and tear.
On the Honda i have 27k miles and i paid for 36k, so i am well under. One of the rime is scratched on a lot, so i guess the will charge me something for that(any guess how much?).
i don't have the other details, as I walked in 10 minutes before closing.

i was looking at the same car yesterday, also ny, 0 down, $2800 in tax and fees(dmv+fist payment), and the lowest i got so far was $269 for 36mo/10k.
i still have two months of my lease and the are offering to cover it in that price. I am sure he added that into the price he gave me, so i am wondering if it would be cheaper to wait for the lease to expire?

Get some more details, and we might have some input.

I wouldn't want to turn my Honda in to a Chrysler dealer, with no independent inspection, and be at the mercy of the bank for lease end charges. Why not just wait a couple of months? If they are paying Honda for those two payments, that's money that could go to lower the price of the Jeep.

Thanks! So the 36 mo residual is 56%? The dealer had told me 58% on the '19 Limited FWD.

Two possibilities: Different leasing bank or quoted you AWD residual

What lease term and how many miles per year?

The $995 bank fee indicates a 3rd party bank, like Ally or US Bank. We don't have their numbers.
