Ok, I’ll try to get it right this time, sorry. I am trying to get the MF and RV on a 2019 3.6 Outback Touring with Popular package 3, on a 3 year, 10k miles a year lease. I live in 83616 but will get the car in 98604. Also, I am a current Subaru leasee and a veteran, any loyalty or service related breaks?

Sebtember rates? Dealer whose is aggressive on price has the MF at .00155 apparently marked up since the car is priced at $37,571. I also agree with your earlier comment, why buy a lifetime, non-transferable power train warranty. I need them to back the cost out of the deal as well. Thank you!

Subaru numbers from August are valid through 9/4

Dealer can inflate the MF as much as .00050 for extra profit.

Is the dealer acquisition fee of $595, typically, negotiable? What is it exactly? Also, can you educate me about the dealer holdback? Some people say there is always a holdback and some dealers say there isn’t. I’m told the Subaru holdback is 3%, true? Thanks again.

The acquisition fee is imposed by the leasing bank and is not negotiable.

Thank you for helping so many of us. I'd like to confirm the 2019 Outback numbers provided.
The percentage drop from August to September seems extremely drastic for a Subaru.
From 61% to 54% on a Premium, and 61% to 53% on a Limited, both on 36/12K?

I'd appreciate if you can double-check this.

I had a dealer in Texas tell me that if they bought out my car for cash, and then leased another car from them, that, somehow, I would get a credit towards the sales tax due in the lease calculations even though I was not putting any of the proceeds from the sale of my car towards the new lease deal. Did I hear this correctly & how does that even work?

Texas assesses tax, even on a lease, on the entire selling price. Not surprised that your trade in would offset the amount of tax due.

I don't have single-pay number. I don't think it would be worth it, as the base MF is only .00040, anyway.
Just find a dealer to give you the base rate.
