i am planning to lease New 2018 RR Evoque SE Premium .

here are the numbers that i have got , can you please tell me if this is a good deal to take .

MSRP : 52480
Cap Price : 46180
MF : 0.002
Residual 57 % on MSRP
33 Month / 10 K
Location : New Jersey 07095

Final 1100 First Month and 549 /month for 32 months .

please let me know if i can go ahead and take it or any other possibilities to get it even down.

Do you have the adjusted CAP cost, including sales tax and acquisition fee?

Adjusted Cap Cost : 44180 including tax(6.6%) , All the acquisition fee , doc fee , title and fisrt month payment (549) is paying upfront as $ 1100. when i asked dealer they said MF as 0.002

No..that can't be the adjusted CAP.

Since you only have $1100 upfront, that's just enough to pay first payment and DMV/doc fees, at most.
So, acquisition fee and taxes would all have to be added to the sale price.

You need the Adjusted CAP cost, and the actual money factor used. It can't be .00200, because that is higher than they are allowed to mark it up.

Looks like $46,180 is just the sale price.

$48,300 is the adjusted CAP cost needed to get that payment, assuming the base money factor. That's it.

Looks like $46,180 is just the sale price.

When you go in, ask for the adjusted CAP cost and the money factor.
So it should be like 48,300 wiht 0 down will end up 549/Month ?
You need to get the exact number the dealer is using. Guessing doesn't help.
