    At this point they are saying .0005 about 1.2%. not very close to .00007/.17%. This is my first lease ( I am sure that's pretty obvious . What is the best way to handle this during negotiations? my credit is top tier, they have already run it, it is about $25 or so each month with the difference in MF. I am getting the " what are you talking about?" response in regard to questioning their MF rate.

    Tell them you want the base MF, or you walk and find another dealer.

    Which could be problematic, since it's an Alfa dealer.

    Yes, that is true - each trim has its own numbers.

    But, dealer can mark up the MF for extra profit.

    Can I get comments and advise on this quote? Right off the bat I suspect MF is inflated though I’m not sure on my calculations. Also I’m confused on the gross and net cap cost and the application of the rebate.  This is for 36/15 Ti 
    My goal is to be around 500/Mo with only first payment DAS

    Not sure if this is Chrysler Capital, but the residual matches.
    1.13% APR = .00047 MF

    Which is what the money factor has to be to get to the quoted payment.

    This is ZERO due at signing, right?
    The base MF would drop the payment by about $29/mo.

    Everything else looks good.

    I can't find any other rebates, but given the level of lease pricing we've seen, I've assumed there are other rebates that we don't know about.

    Even when I went to buy my wife's X3, last year, there was a $1000 rebate that I didn't know about.
