    Just left the dealer felt good but I’m trying to unpack the deal to make sure:
    quoted 33k after I negotiated down from 35+ 
    389/mo zero drive off after 3400 trade in

    Sounded like 51% residual and best MF offered,

    One other question is it best to get roof rails at time of lease or fine to do afterwards? Will I always have to buy from the dealer?

    Ask the dealer if any of the roof rail cost can be residualized. If not, it doesn't matter when you get them, as you'll be paying full price.
