Any ideas on how to get the dealer to lower their lease factor. Increased down? One-time pay? Dealer is coming back with .003290. Crazy!?

I'm assuming it is normal to get no discount on a custom order

It's normal for a Land Rover dealer to try and fleece you. Full MSRP and a marked up money factor are what they all shoot for.

New to this so appreciate your help and patience. In VA we pay sales tax 4.15% upfront. If I capitalize then is my monthly lease payment as follows :

Sticker : $118,200
Sell Price : $115,200
Sales Tax : $4,789.8 (capitalized)
Down Pmt : $7,000
Term : 33 months
Residual : 66%
MF : .00229

With these variables I am calculating a monthly lease of $1,497.03 Am I doing this right ? Thanks in advance for your help.
