    I am looking for the MF and residual for a 2019 RDX FWD base for 36 months and 10k miles/year. The location is South Florida.

    Also, does a one-pay lease continue to reduce the MF by 0.00080 (e.g. from 0.00131 to .00051)?

    Can you please verify this lease looks correct? '19 RDX A-spec FWD MSRP $44,895 -$2004 discount, minimum drive off of $1350, .00131 MF & 60% RV = $589/month inc. tax (7.75%) for 36 months/12k miles in So. Calif.

    One-pay reduces the money factor to .00051
    The lease is calculated with the lower residual, then the payments are added up, and that's your number.
    Depreciation is the same.

    The time value of putting the money upfront is paid for with the lower money factor.

    On a '19 RDX A-Spec fwd, I was able to negotiate $2300 off MSRP (not incl the add'l $1000 discount for current Honda or Acura owners) plus free trunk mat, wheel locks & mud flaps on a 36 mo 12k lease with an RV of 60% & MF .00131

    Seeing if anyone has any experience using the car leasing app Honckers?

    I've emailed, visited, and/or called multiple Acura dealers near me and even for a 2019 RDX base model, they were all asking 2-3k down and easily over 500-600+ monthly for 36/12. Reason why I am asking is I see the RDX listed on Honckers for just under 2k down and 450 monthly which is very tempting.

    WEll, I like to browse the app. I have yet to "use" it. BUT, I have read from folks who have and they report good experiences where they get exactly what is advertised. So I say click away and let us know how you make out.

    Oh, but a couple of things.
    1. Make sure you get what you want as far as fwd/awd.
    2. Adjust the slider all the way to the right so you only pay first month up front. 
    3. Add the one you want to your favorites and wait a bit. Honcker will put those in your faves "on special" for usually about $12/mo less.

    How in the world did you get a 50K Acura MDX for 42K MSRP ? And a selling price of 36 K ? Incredible.
    I would take 2 if that's the case.

    Were you able to get this at the Tampa dealer? Haven't tried them yet, but I am within the area and so far can't get anyone remotely close to this with the other couple I've tried
    Tampa Ferman Acura but the story is we were shooting for the tech package and negotiating for it when we were going to sign it I realized it was a base model so general manager stepped in and after 2 days they approved to let it go. If I was not expecting a new born I wouldn't hurry to get it, instead Volvo cx-60 had a tremendous lease program but they didn't take the trade in...

    Honckers pricing is based on individual users credit score. It's showing $462/month (tax included) and $462 due at signing. I understand Acura RDX doesn't lease well, but Honckers beats all LA/OC/SB county region Acura dealership quotes I've received for a base model MSRP of $38,295 (doesn't show price breakdowns).

    Is there Acura loyalty incentive available right now for exiting owners?

    all the Honcker quotes are user specific for tax, DMV fees, and any incentives you qualify for.

    that MSRP is a base FWD. I just ran it in NJ and got $466/mo with $474 DAS, so basically the same. I just wouldn't get it without the tech package for me.

    Well, the whole point of Honcker is, just press get lease, and you got the deal. They will even deliver the car if you want.
