$ 660 includes loyalty credit. For a $ 46,639 msrp. Seems very high. Any help appreciated.

Residual is applied against the total MSRP - the bottom number of the factory window sticker.

I visited the local Lexus dealer today in hopes to lease a new 2019 Lexus ES350
Here are the numbers I received -

2019 ES350
MSRP = $46,784
36 months / 10k miles per year
Total due at signing = $3,000
Payment = $619 including tax

I believe they are giving me the $750 lease cash. They also told me they are giving me an additional $1200 off.

Residual says 55%

Not sure what money factor they are using

Is this a good deal?

Do you know the selling price or CAP cost?

Without that number, we'd only be guessing at your deal strength.

I would also skip the $3000 due at signing.
