    If I add the negative equity to the selling price:

    24 months - $940/mo plus tax
    36 months - $755/mo plus tax

    Assumes all fees and other costs are paid up front.

    Why trade out with so much negative equity? That is adding almost $200/mo to the 36 month payment.
