    What's the MF and RV on 2019 Forester Touring 36/10 and 36/12 in MA? Also, are there any incentives, e.g. Conquest (I currently have a volvo lease)?

    First time looking at leases- I received a quote in NH (no sales tax) for a '19 Touring 36/12 and received a price of $33,667 (including $1,000 trade in) with a monthly lease of $411 incl. admin fees with no money down? I tried to use a lease calculator using MSRP, 61% residual and 1.68% rate and couldn't get back to the $411 quoted. I will ask for a full breakdown- but was just curious what I could be missing/ calculating wrong here? Thanks in advance!

    We're just the messenger....

    The idea is to set the MF and residual to acheive a particular payment - I'd guess that the lower MF will offset the higher MSRP and selling price.

    Touring: .00070 MF and 61% residual

    No incentives

    Those are all pretty close. Difference in payment would be related to transaction prices and MSRP level
